ovulation

I posted yesterday or day before about having menstrual like cramping at cycle day 10 and clear watery CM. I'm pretty sure my cervix was low. I checked today and my cervix is so high I almost couldn't reach it and now my cm is looking white and creamer although there isn't much of it. is it possible it was ovulation pain? Last cycle I didn't ovulate until around cycle day 16. I'm not tracking with kits or temping so I'm going on a whim here. baby danced the past 3 days and plan to keep BD at least every other day to be sure. Just looking for any input. I also starting taking conception fertility capsules this cycle so idk. thanks
