Need some help !💞👌🏻

I’m 14 (girl )and I live with my dad and my dog

So my dad is useless with looking after me when Im sick , I generally go to my nans or make a frantic call to my mom 😂

And at the moment , of got neck pain , headaches , cough , hot to cold , can’t sleep , weakness and just sick

Any clue what’s wrong with me and what should I do ? It came out of no were and I’ve taken some cough medicine so far 👌🏻

And it’s 12:04 in the morning , I’ve only be able to get like 3 hours sleep at most 👌🏻
