If I win powerball

I would buy a nice house for my husband and I with an in-law suite for my homeless mother (Nothing too crazy).

I would invest in real estate (I am a real estate agent and always wanted to flip houses).

My husband would quit his job as a cook and follow his dreams to become a contractor.

I would donate at least 15% of my winnings to local charities, and get my mothers health back in check and healthy again.

All of our family, friends and colleagues would get 100k each.
