Should I be bothered by this or am I overreacting?

So I’m a freshman in high school and I have this boyfriend of 2 months. At the beginning of our relationship we were already best friends before we started dating. We’d talk about everything and we were totally comfortable around each other and we had tons of inside jokes.

Today I had to confront him because I got so pissed and it was like the end of the line. I was so bothered because we were snapchatting and earlier he said he was in a bad mood and i said “are you okay?” And he didn’t respond so I asked again and he didn’t respond. Later I ask when we’d be together this week because I still got to give him his present and he didn’t respond with nothing but a picture (when I say he didn’t respond I mean he just sent a picture it’s snapchat) and so I said fine and he sent a picture again so we just did that back and forth. I told him I was upset he didn’t respond to me and how it hurt me and he just said “I’m sorry”. Just now I sent a paragraph on how I’m his girlfriend but also his best friend and how I want to know if he’s okay and I want to be with him And also how I’m me, but I’m like any other girl and gets jealous and I’m stubborn and I’m sensitive. I told him how it bothered, and scared, me how he stopped sending hearts and saying goodnight.

Now I understand that there’s a point in a relationship where you stop texting so much and stop being cheesy but he just stopped suddenly and it scared me I guess? Am I overreacting??

Ps. No I’m not at the point of breaking up with him so dont suggest it 😂
