We didn't have sexual intercourse or penetration only foreplay fingering and we were naked I found some secretions on out of my vagina on the top I asked him he didn't cum yet its only secretions I took emergency pills within 12 hours 
I am safe or not ? Please reply

There was absolutely no need for plan b. You will be okay but next time, penetration needs to happen in order. That’s the only way you get pregnant for sure , for sure. Your periods will be messed up for a while
