confused + scared ? please help !!

i lost my virginity five days ago. my partner used a condom and we made sure that it had no holes or abnormalities beforehand. he put it on right too, and he also wasn’t in me for long.

i’m super paranoid that i’m pregnant, even though i know we took as many precautions as we had available. i feel like i show many symptoms of pregnancy, such as acne break-outs and gas. however, the condom didn’t break and my partner didn’t ejaculate either. there was no direct contact between our genitals at all.

i suffer from severe anxiety and depression, so i’ve been stressing about this ever since we had sex. my period is due a week or two from now, and the wait is killing me.

i’m so scared because in my state, having an abortion requires parental notification and my parents would be so furious, they’d never let me out of the house again.

i need some advice quick!
