Does baby stop kicking when you try feeling for it?

I’m 22 weeks and 2 days pregnant and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I feel baby kicking, i hurry to grab my husband and have him feel our baby kick...but right when he lays his hand on my stomach, she STOPS!! Same goes for me when I try and feel her kicks. Has anyone seen Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1? The part in the end where baby Groot keeps dancing, but when Drax looks at him, Groot stops? Well, baby’s nick name is officially Baby Groot!!

Aw, Baby Groot is a cute nickname for baby 😂
My son has always been the same way. It's like he's shy. The doctor would always ask about his movements, and I'd have to tell her he was wiggling away until she touched my belly.

Haha my babies kick like crazy whenever my husband touches but if my mom tries to get a feel when they’re being active, then they stop and don’t move for like an hour and a half 😂 they’re completely opposed to her feeling them.

Yeeeeep. My girl stops moving every time someone tries to feel her. SO and my dad have gotten lucky and felt her a few times. She is the total opposite from my son. He was crazy all the time. Still to this day he has no chill lol
