Im almost 22 and i seriously suffer from vagina dryness, and have since i was 17! I just bought Replens and wanted to know if anyone has had any luck with this product?

Speak with your doctor about your issue. It could be a simple fix, like hormone issues.

I have used it and am a great fan of replens,  it has really changed everything  for me, dryness  is not an issue anymore.
