can’t trust my birth control 😭

I don’t know what is wrong with me but I just can’t trust my birth control!! I have been on the pill for 1.5yrs but because I had an irregular period before starting it, the pill totally got rid of it! I have only had 4 periods since starting it. My bf and I always pull out for added peace of mind too.

I constantly over think every little thing thinking that it’s a pregnancy symptom and I always convince myself that I’m pregnant!

How do I learn to trust my pill and stop convincing myself that I’m pregnant???
