Kinda nervous

So I had my anatomy scan today, and I’m 21 weeks along. The doctor told me her bowels show a brightness to them, and she has an enlarged, horse-shoe shaped kidney. Im being referred to a specialist for more ultrasounds. Has any one else had experience with this?
