New Year's Advice for 4 month old

My husband wants to take her to his cousin's for a large family party that starts at 7:00pm. I'm breastfeeding her on demand and exclusively. There is a place to put her to sleep and where I can breastfeed. There will be loud music and lots of people. She just started sleeping 5-7 hours through the night, some nights. If it were fully up to me I wouldn't take my baby out at all. If i strongly wished it, he would agree with my staying home with her. He wants to be with family and our baby. Seeking tips, advice, opinions. I'm dreading dragging her out for this.
