What Birth Control Are You On?

I would like to know what kind of Birth Control you guys are on and if you experienced some symptoms along with it. Birth Control does everyone bodies differently.

I am on Depo-Provera and my 1st shot I started to eat a little bit more, nothing dramatic. The 2nd month going on into the next I threw up a lot 🤢.

The Doctors do mention that you spot for the first 3 months! Which was so annoying because sometimes I got confused if my period was coming or not.

Other than those two things, My period did become extremely heavier and they last for 2 weeks now. (10/11 days) I have adjusted to the changes and can tolerate them.... if you are on Depo Shot.... I encourage to take Calcium Pills please. The shot has a lot of chemicals in it that slowly deteriorates the calcium in your bones

over time.
