Help!

Does this look like scabies or bad eczema?!!! This my son and daughters hand, same spot what are the odds? They both have bad eczema but now I have it in the same spot on my own hands and it’s itchy!! We have a newborn home now and this is really freakin me out... yes I’m making an appt after New Years but what do you guys think
