After Effects of Depo 🤢

I’ve never written in one of these forums, but I’m desperate to know I’m not alone with the after symptoms after coming off of depo! I’m already coming up to the 3 month mark and I’ve never felt worse 🤕 Every day is an ongoing battle of nausea and dull headaches 🤢 It feels like I have the flu, but then I feel like I’m pregnant and PMSing at the same time and it’s just getting worse! Please tell me any of you have had these symptoms after coming off of depo bc I’m on the verge of freaking out!!
