Mirena discussion :)

Hi ladies!

I’ve been using various contraceptions (mainly for my acne) and a couple of weeks ago I had a Mirena placed.

What has been your experience if you have tried it? So far has been good, just a few more headaches than usual and no bleeding thus far (yay!) I feel more emotionally balanced than my combination pill I had been on, so its been nice :)

Did anyone else have intense pain for a short duration after it being placed?

I didn’t see any other posts about this that I could see. We are all ladies here, and I say hell yes to something that actually works!
