Increase cervical mucus.

Does anyone have any tips about how to increase cervical mucus? Before I had a prescription (for bacteria) from my OBGYN, I had egg whites discharge and sore nipples while ovulating, but last time when I ovulated, just my nipples got sore, no discharge. I didn’t know I was ovulating til period came, because I have irregular periods. This is our first month of TTC, I don’t know when I will ovulate but my CM is not much, very dry.

I had a miscarriage in June, took me a month to pass everything. Then my hormones messed up, I needed medicine for my period to come.

Oct 8th (brown discharge but obgyn said it was period)

It lasts 5 days everytime. When should I start to take ovulation tests?

I have about 8 or more glasses of water (tea) a day, I don’t eat much sugar and flour. I do excersice about 25 mins a day. I’m 5ft2 and 96lbs.
