Pushing back nap
My LO usually gets sleepy every 3 hours in the dot. For example is she wakes up at 5:30 she’s ready for a nap at 8:30 then when she wakes up at 9:30 she’s ready for a nap at 12:30. But when she goes to sleep at 12:30 she’s usually up by 1:30 or 2- ideally I’d like her to sleep until 2:30-3 because her bedtime is 7 and being awake from 1:30-7 is not good for her. Could I try to push her nap back until 1 or would that mess up her rhythm?
