Stop shaving and start waxing. Witch hazel and exfoliating two times a week works wonders!

I always shave with baby oil and it makes it as smooth as smooth can get lol. I've noticed that regular shaving cream tends to dry that area out and causes it do to that. And also always shave with the grain.
