Will a tight bra hurt milk supply?
Hello,
Without thinking about it I’ve been wearing a sports bra for the last two days. Since these were pre pregnancy sports bras they fit much tighter now. I’m getting my brakes done right now so cannot change and just starting thinking about if it would hurt my milk supply or not! I’m changing once I get home and just hope I havnt done anything to hurt my supply!
