Throwing up...

So I am a day shy of being 31 weeks. I live in NYS, and so everyone, including my dad is sick with something or another. Ive been hanging with my dad since friday night. Friday morning I threw up before heading to work, figured it was morning sickness since I felt fine after that. Well I just woke up coughing and ran to the bathroom to throw up and poop. I've had the poops the last few days as well with times of constipation. I'd just like some input on what could be going on, weather it's sick or just a thing of being about 31 weeks. It's my first pregnancy and I'm worried. My next appointment isn't until the 18th.
