Overweight and pregnant

I’m very much overweight and not really proud of myself. I got pregnant it was unplanned but I’m very happy that I will be giving birth to a baby girl next month. I’m just feeling awful right now I’m kind of venting on here. I’ve got bad back pain and nausea I’m 37 weeks along. I also have gen. diabetes but I just checked my blood sugar is at 89 which is pretty good. I just can’t seem to get comfortable and fall asleep :(
