Itchy rash!

It's kind of hard to see in the pictures but I have a rash on the inside of both calves. It's just tiny red dots that kind of look like razor burn and it itches like crazy! I would scratch till I bled if I didn't utilize self control. It's maddening! I'm also itchy on my inner thighs too and of course my belly but i can't see anymore bumps. What is this!? I hate playing the "is this just a symptom of pregnancy" game
