I took my first pill today ! What's next ?

From what I've read many of you used a heating pad during your medication abortion but today after taking the first pill my doctor told me to not use them and just massage my belly ? What would a heating pad hurt ? And what do the second set of pills taste like

I would probably call the doctor just to verify that you didn't hear anything incorrectly and to maybe ask what the heating pad would damage if you did use it?? Sorry I'm not much help
