My husband bailed on me for New Years

We have two toddlers. He is completely friend oriented. 6 nights a week he's hanging out with them until 1 or 2 in the morning. Yesterday he got home from work (an extremely easy office job) at 11am, slept until 7pm got up worked on his car and was back in bed at 10pm because he was "exhausted", didn't help with bedtime or anything. My daughters teething and I slept for maybe 3 hours last night and he still made me get up at 6am with both kids while he slept until 10am. He then text all his friends to see if there were any parties going on and when he found one (at someone house he doesn't even know) he said he's going but that it's adult only so I should stay home with the kids. Even though I made him promise months ago he'd spend it with me. He's now yelling at me for always being mad at him and says it's ridiculous I'm upset. What would you do?!
