Baby Shower invites

ok so I know this may be a little early but my SIL and I are throwing around ideas for my baby shower. DH and I are set on having a co-ed shower. So I sat down and made a prelimary guest list, to get an idea of what we could plan and where. One problem is my cousins husband. I loathe him, like pond scum, bottom of my shoe, kinda loathe. he has cheated on her several times and has even tried with me, and has put his hands on me in the past. I always shoved him away and I've told her and she doesn't seem to believe me, even when he's done it in front of her. I DO NOT want him there! how do I go about inviting her family and not them? Or do I risk inviting them and hoping they don't show? I don't mind if she comes, she generally keeps to herself although it's awkward, but he can go to hell.
