Trigger Warning... Bleeding at 6 Weeks Pregnant

So I found out on the 23/12 that I was pregnant (after struggling for some time to conceive). We figured out that I was 5 weeks and 3 days.

Anyway I am now 6 weeks pregnant, and started spotting blood yesterday night (31/12). I dont have any serious pain and the blood is definitely not heavy. Its a lot like the implantation bleed I had before I found out I was pregnant.

Obviously, I FREAKED!!! But my S.O searched up on it and it said a lot of women bleed during the 1st trimester of pregnancy...

This didn't calm my nerves so I rang out of hours GP and they sent me to the Urgent Care Unit at my local Hospital. The GP there has set up and appointment at Early pregnancy Unit for an Ultrasound Scan and Bloods (I pressume - she didnt actually say). This will be on 02/01/18. The GP also said it can be normal and that it happened to her during her 1st pregnancy and her current one.

I woke up this Morning (01/01/18) and there is pink staining on my toilet paper when I wipe and ove changed towel so that I can monitor the blood loss ready for tomorrow's appointment.

My question is... Did anyone else suffer with this and were their babies okay in the end? I'm going out of my mind with worry. xxx
