Premature ovarian failure

i believe im going through menapause. im only 30. 2017 has been hell for me. I had an ectopic preganancy Back in February where i was bleeding out and operated on within the half hour that i found out. i was alone and scared. the doctors told me to consider ivf due to a higher risk of having another ectopic pregnancy and i only have 1 more chance. in sept i flew overseas to see a doc about ivf. I then found out that my right ovarie isnt sitting where it needs to be and that i have over 80 cycts in my ovarie. he then told me not to waste my money. Lately i have been getting hot flashes where i feel my body is burning. im very emotional and i feel like im going to erupt in anger. My husband is very supportive and im lucky to have him but he doesnt think that i am going through menapause or POF.
