prego or nooo????!!!!

okay so for the past 2 weeks i’ve been feeling just off it started out as a cold with sore throat sneezing and spitting up some mucus i even puked for 3 days straight and my boobs got firm and felt like there were lumps in them the lumps eventually went away but i have little white bumps on my nipples and areoles and now i got my period on time but it’s just a light flow not even enough to fill the tampon i took a pregnancy test and it came back negative... any way i could be pregnant?
