when will i start to show???

I'm 11 weeks and NOBODY can tell I'm pregnant. hell I can't even tell! lol ! my boobs only hurt at night but not horrible. my morning sickness is starting to die down so there's that. other than that, I'm basically symptom-less now. is this normal? I'm worried this might be an issue as I see some women at 5 months and they look 9 months and I'm over here at almost 3 months exactly and not showing what so ever... 
edit: my doctor said I'll be showing by 12 weeks . I'll be 12 weeks this weekend

Same here!  I just posted same concern not seeing yours. I am reading now that it is normal.  It’s concerning though when I see in forums tons of pics of women same amount wks pregnant as me and with these obvious baby bumps u can’t help but wonder if there’s something wrong!  As long as it’s normal it’s prob better off in the long run I don’t want to be huge but I want a healthy pregnancy. This early stage is so scary I hate it

11 weeks is too early for most people. You won’t show for a few more weeks at least.

11 is early. I didn’t legitimately start showing until around 15. Anything that could be seen before that was bloat for me. Now I’m 36 and feel like a whale lol.

I’ll be 16 weeks tomorrow and you can barely tell. I just look a bit bloated.  Everyone’s body is different!  Don’t be concerned as long as you’re treating yourself and baby healthy.
