Natural IUI

We have unexplained infertility and have been trying to conceive for 16 months. I have had 2 failed IUIs with chlomid and this cycle I was suppose to start follistim (injectable iui) - I went to the doctors and my estrogen wasn't dropping as usual, turns out I have 1 follicle that started growing early - 9mm on day 7! No medicine this month, just a natural IUI per the RE. I'm going to be monitored every other day until maturity. Anyone have a similar issue and what was the outcome?
