Tdap vaccine?

At my dr appointment and they reccomend I get the tdap whooping cough vaccine I have until next visit to decide. Thoughts? Anyone else get the vaccine?

I got it at 35 weeks. You'll pass some of the antibodies to your little one if you get it.

I got it at 27 weeks!  Because pertussis can be so harmful to newborns, it's worth it to have peace of mind!!

I got it at 33 weeks and so did my husband.
Here they recommend everyone who will be in close contact with the baby after birth has it.
There has been an outbreak of whopping cough here, and a baby died from it not long ago in another state.
Definitely not taking the chance!

They don't do any vaccinations here while you're pregnant so I'm not getting it now but I do have to go in for a couple of other vaccines when baby gets his first set so I'll likely do it then.

I got it before I was pregnant. It wouldn't be so bad to have it right after delivery?

I got it. It's becoming more prevalent so I want to do everything I can to protect my little one.
