Please help, my baby is sick

My 10 month old has been sick since December 26. I took her to the doctor at the local clinic and to the hospital as well. Both times they told me its just a bug and it will go away.

Her symptoms are

- runny nose

- high fever for 3 days (no fever for the past two days)

- tired and irritable

- some diarrhea (2days)

- lots of vomiting (she vomited 3 times tonight and cried for about 4 hours non stop)

- red cheeks that comes and goes

I don’t know if this sounds like the common cold, flu, or something more serious. I am concerned about her vomiting and crying in particular.

She is a breastfed baby. She also gets some table food but nothing out of the norm.

Please help me out with some advice. I will take her back to the doctor as soon as I can.
