KIDNEY CYSTS??

Helpppp!! So I’m 18 and yesterday I found out I had kidney cysts on both my kidneys. I went to the hospital and they referred me to 5 different doctors but I have to wait for one of them to call me. The nurse said I’ll for sure get a call on Tuesday (Jan 2) and if not to call them. I have a huge fever, I’m super dizzy, feel like throwing up and peeing blood! It’s odd because the nurse said this happens when ur older and weird that I’m only 18 with this problem. I’m in so much pain everywhere that I cried because I hate feeling this sick! Idk if I should go back to the hospital or call the doctor they told me to call!! Please help I’m super scared :(
