I don't love my husband anymore.

We fight and argue all the time now. He annoys me so much. I am not happy. I am not attracted to him anymore sexually or romantically. We are constantly together because we both work from home. We have been together for three years. One year of marriage. He said he still loves me and wants us to work out. I don't believe in divorce. Please help. Any advice? We're both Christian.
