boyfriend and passwords

Okay so me and my boyfriend have been dating for 6 months and about 2 months ago we exchanged Instagram passwords.. and I don't usually get on his maybe once a week but today I went to get on it and he changed his password. without telling me idk when he changed it but I haven't brought it up with him yet. Do you think he's hiding something?
