How prepared are you for your little one?

As in having everything you need when he or she arrives? I'm 32 weeks & Still have so much to get for our little girl that is due February 27th... I'm trying not to stress over it too much, this is our first & no one is having a baby shower for us so I guess we better hurry up!!!

Feeling like I’m not prepared but as a first time mom I don’t really know what prepared is. We’ve set up the bassinet, swing and stroller/car seat. Washed his clothes, towels and washcloths. Purchased lots of diapers and wipes, bath stuff. This week is my time to pack the hospital bag. Due January 29th... I don’t think I’ll ever be prepared 🙈

where you aren't having a baby shower have you thought of a welcome home party? have have food and drinks out and everyone meets the baby and brings diapers or clothes? but you don't have to open them in front of everyone. just an idea to help with some things and introduce the baby at the same time

I'm 34w6d and ready! I'm a FTM too and a little nervous on certain things but ready for her to be here. Last trimester is tough!

we have some basic random things but still need small basics like diapers, wipes, bath and feeding stuff, breast pump, changing equipment. I also haven't done anything to find a pediatrician.....yikes! 28weeks and counting, I better get my ass in gear haha.

I’m also due Feb 27th with a little boy! I am pretty well prepared other than the fact I just now ordered a diaper bag, and still need some things for the hospital. Although when I think about it I feel like I am completely unprepared and it makes me crazy.. I would have a welcome home party, how prepared you wanna be is your choice, some go over board and never use half the stuff they buy.. then some are stuck trying to find the things they need when the baby is born. I am probably the over board person because my fiancé works so much I will be home alone with my baby very shortly after he’s born and don’t want to have to go to town with him too early especially being colder in February.

I'm due March 16th with our second son. We have a crib but it's not set up, and clothes for him from our first (first was born in Feb, 2 years ago so all our clothes should be season appropriate). The only thing I've purchased this entire pregnancy is a doc-a-tot 😬 oh and I ordered my breast pump through Aeroflow (SUPER EASY!) so that should be delivered in February. I don't have a ton of stuff that we "need" but I do need to purchase bottles since the ones I have won't fit my new pump, new pacifiers, hair brush. I would love to get a Mamaroo swing this time since we didn't have one for #1 and maybe a changing mat because it would fit perfectly on our bathroom counter. I also have a TON of projects I would love to get finished before the baby comes- like painting every room in our house 🙈- so that makes me feel less prepared.
