Ultrasound Schedule mishap :(

So we are supposed to go in tomorrow at 9 am for our anatomy scan. We have been counting down the days! I received an automated phone call this morning reminding me of the appointment, like always. Then I get a missed call with a voicemail around 5:45 saying that there was a mistake and that they didn't schedule it. Which doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me because in the voicemail she said " you were supposed to have your anatomy Scan tomorrow but it didn't get scheduled" I'm unsure how scheduling in an ob office works, doe this mean they scheduled a regular appointment but didn't put me on the ultrasound schedule?? She said their computer system was messing up so I wouldn't be able to call back and schedule it but she would call me after 8 tomorrow morning to schedule it. I have a few issues with this because for ine, we both used vacation days for tomorrow and I wouldn't be able to cancel mine that late and go in because I have to be to work at 7 am and I only get 7 vacation days per year so this one will just be wasted. Also, it takes roughly 40 minutes to get to my Dr's office. I reeeeaaalllly hope she meant they are going to schedule it for later in the day rather than another day or I am going to be so pissed! Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know how the scheduling works in an ob office? Did they just not put me on the ultrasound schedule?
