Topical creams for pain, okay not okay?
Like A535 lotion, Voltaren, Ben Gay, Tiger Balm, those sort of things. This is what I have and it says consult a health care professional if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, but it's not like my doc is on call (I see her on Thursday though). My lower back is really killing me... I can't even sit comfortably on my couch. I guess I could call a helpline, but was wondering if someone already knows.
