Love advice?

My boyfriend and I had a rough start, but we made it through and have been together for a year and a couple of months. I have never loved anyone like this in my whole life. I’m so bad with words and how to describe how much I love him. He is for sure the reason why I wake up every morning. Could I have some help on things I could do to show my affection? Just looking for some new ideas... thank you!
