kind words of encouragement please

my daughter who has 8 teeth already started daycare last week ... well she is now teething worse than ever before and has a viral infection. sore throat, runny nose fever etc... saw doctor today. I'm just getting over food poisoning last 2 days... she's up every 15 mins crying in pain... I'm now feeling like I'm going to start throwing up again from lack of sleep while recovering. please sends words of encouragement to make it through. I am totally drained of everything.
