HELP Symptoms of pregnancy!!!!😣

I’ve taken pregnancy tests and all came out positive I have a dr appt on the 4th of this month to confirm so they’re just going to have me take a urine pregnancy test there. Anywho I’ve been having EXTREME bloating so I have a lot of air/gas lol an thirst plus to top it off horrible HEARTBURN according to my last period I’m suppose to be 5 weeks an 2 days but I’ll know for sure at the appt. Have any of you experienced the same so early in ur pregnancy? If so what do u take or do to help these symptoms..
