Pre-packed salads?

Is it okay to eat pre-packaged salads from markets during pregnancy? As long as I wash them again? I dont really wanna buy whole of every vegetables for salad and cut them as i only live alone i don’t wanna throw most of them and be wasted. pre-packed salad is very convinient. I just hope its safe. -23weekspregnant

I buy single serving salads that my local organic grocery store makes daily (vs prepackaged bags) and I haven't had any issues.

I eat pre packed salads from the super market 🤷🏻‍♀️ so far so good.

I’m not sure but I think it’s just the salads with the meat in them. So if your just getting veggies I’d wash them or better yet call and ask your ob. They can give you a more educated answer.

WIC doesn’t even say that you need to rinse off any ready made pre-packed salads. If it’s just the salad leaves then yeah wash them.
