Need some hope or a hug even

So last February I had a miscarriage at almost6 weeks. I took a 3 month break (which I kinda regretted but my doctor insisted) then this November I got pregnant (!!!) and at our 9 week ultrasound found out it was ectopic and had surgery to remove my tube. This cycle I ovulated and got an light positive on DPO 10-12, and today I got my period so I just had a chemical pregnancy y. My heart hurts like crazy, this chemical preg stings, like should I just throw in the towel? Obviously I won’t but it’s like my body is laughing at me and just can’t do this. Im so disappointed and losing moment :( :( :( I need a virtual hug or someone to tell me I’ll be okay. I need to hear something GOOD
