Low creatinine? Should I be worried?

I finally got my lab results back for my blood work, and everything came back normal expect for my creatinine levels.

Everything that I've read online either makes no sense, or contradicts itself; And I'm either the healthiest person alive, or my kidneys are failing and I'm going to die 🙄

My doctor hasn't called me about the results yet, so I have no idea if I should be concerned about this or not.

As you can see in the picture below, my levels are at 13.3, and they should be greater than 19.9

Does anybody know what's going on? Or can explain this to me?
