Labor possibly ?

This morning around 11 my son fell and busted his lip and I took off running to get to him, bad decision I know but I freaked out cause his mouth was bleeding pretty bad. Ever since, I’ve started getting cramps in my lower stomach and back and my belly tightens. Could this have brought on labor? I’m 36 weeks.. they started of light and are getting stronger and more frequent.

I have 2 separate due dates. One is Jan 26 the other is feb 1st. So one would make me pretty much 37 weeks and the other 36. I haven’t had a “set” due date.
