Pains!

So I been having some very sharp pain for almost a week already, like when you ovulate or something like cramps but only on my right side the pain goes away maybe for a minute or 2 and then comes back! I know some aches and pains are normal but it’s so annoying now and it’s not like round ligament pain..Should I be concerned? I’m 14 weeks 3 days.. I’ve told my one of my doctors and he says if I’m not bleeding I shouldn’t worry but if course I worry! Why wouldn’t I ive had 3 miscarriages and they always said don’t worry unless your bleeding well I never did bleed and guess what I had 3 Missed Miscarriages ugh! 🤦🏻‍♀️
