Do your SO get mad for sayin you love them??

so my SO says i annoy them its annoying when i say I LOVE YOU cuz i say it alot like every 15-30 min i know its alot but i just love them so that's one way i show it by saying it they also get really annoyed at me b4 bed cuz i always say "goodnight baby i love you im so lucky to have you muah" like i just dont see how thats annoying or the other word they used was pathetic?? i wish my SO would do that kind of stuff keep in mind we normally dont even hold hands cuz they get mad easily so they dont wanna hurt me so they like NEVER hold my hand. and if i like kiss them or hug them when were out their like "are you done yet?!" grante i understand were normally doing something but really a few seconds is gonna make a difference?? now they dont mind PDA they dont care at all they let me do it but theb after they get annoyed for a few mins cuz it distracts them i just feel bad and immediately apologize idk what do been together for like 6-8 yrs (sorry memory sucks) they said once we get settled in our new place and been there a while like 1-4 months we can go to the jp (cuz were tight on $$) and get married im just a REALLY touchy feelly person when it comes to only them other than that i hate touching and i feel sad when they do that

p.s. their the kind of person that is a asshole and if your insecure (lile me) and think their cheating or something like that but their totally not they will go out cheat record it n force you to watch it just to prove a point(like no im not cheating but mofo u think i am then i will) kind of person its eother 0% efforts or 100% no in between
