Anti-dandruff shampoo?

I used selsum blue and it worked wonders. Googled the name and saw it wasn’t recommended in pregnancy. Is there any relief I can take? I have cuts forming on my head due to the itching.

tea tree oil shampoo and conditioner works really really well. Another thing to do is to stop shampooing and use a conditioning co-wash and use coconut oil as well in that will really help your scalp heal

I like Head & Shoulders and used it during pregnancy. Didn’t think to ask a doctor about it though as I’ve been using it for a long time and it’s non-prescription.
