3rd miscarriage in a row

I found out I was pregnant last week (2 super positive pink dye tests), but I woke up this morning to SHARP cramps and heavy bleeding. I’m only 5 weeks along so the doctor said the only thing I can do is test my hcg levels today and again in 48 hours to see if its increasing. I’m having a hard time being hopeful though. All signs are pointing to this being my 3rd miscarriage in a row.

Has anyone on here had bleeding/ cramping for 8+ hours and still had a healthy baby?
