Pregnant after Tummy Tuck

Hi Everyone! I have an 8 year daughter..Thinking I would have no more kids (was obviously wrong 🙄) then I had a Tummy tuck 3 years ago and I am now 20 weeks pregnant 🤰 after a few miscarriages I am beyond blessed and excited that my Baby Boy is doing great. The only thing is I cannot stand the pain on my lower back😩 People tell me it's because of my tummy tuck.. I feel my stomach so hard and it is not as round as I was with my daughter. Is anyone else pregnant after a Tummy Tuck? What have y'all experienced ? Anything i should know? Help...
